As a project designer she had the opportunity to work on, both large and medium sized corporate and institutional projects, always interfacing with many HLW clients. After her experience as a project designer, she went on to Paine Webber, Inc. to their Branch Facilities Department, where she managed tenant improvement projects for PW regional, and branch offices in the south and southwestern region of the U.S.
After receiving her masters in Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1995, she went to work for the Bureau of Planning at the City of Portland, and was fortunate to be on the "2040 team" which developed a growth management strategy, geared toward designed infill and zoning issues in Portland neighborhoods. She was involved in several design related projects focused on row housing, mixed use, and multi-family housing.
Her recent experience, as a consulting interior designer for CSU Humboldt, Behavioral & Social Sciences Building, and her multi-faceted experience running her own consulting business, makes it possible for her to see the larger picture, and understand many complex issues associated with today's environment. She has many experiences to draw from and is always ready to take on new challenges.
